SciTech is an annual community enrichment program in science, math, and technology for middle school students in Winston Salem and Forsyth County sponsored by Wake Forest Innovations.
Participants in this program will receive age and grade-appropriate classroom exposure to science and math in a fun and hands-on environment.
Students will do their “exploring” on the campuses of local colleges and universities and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) businesses and industries.
Sessions will be led by business professionals and faculty from Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, Winston Salem State University, and Wake Forest University School of Medicine. There will also be guest speakers from area technology companies as well as field trips to local businesses, museums, colleges, and more!
2014 Schedule will be posted in Janaury. For more information or questions, contact Kim Jones at 336-750-2708 or 1.336.750.2377
